Water Front Park - Silver Lot
The Water Front Park facilities near the Silver Parking Lot are a kids Dream. The area is home to one of the largest (if not the largest) play structures in Louisville and also includes a free water park, a steamboat play structure, and numerous other structures for kids to explore.

Carrie Gaulbert Cox Park
Carrie Gaulbert Cox Park is not rich if the facilities department. There is an adequate playground and a couple of shelters with restrooms, but by far, its biggest asset is its proximity to the Ohio River . The Park has a boat ramp and a long shoreline with a couple of stands of mature trees that make it a great place for a summer picnic...

Chalie Vettiner Park
Vettiner Park is a relatively large and open park near Jeffersontown . The Park has a very large play structure, tennis courts, a small walking trail, an RC and Kite flying field, a small pond, a dog run and a great Disc Golf Course. Beyond its playground and disc golf course, it’s a great place to go if you need some space for your activity.
Jeffersontown Veterans Memorial Park
Jeffersontown Veterans Memorial Park is a small, but interesting park on a hill near downtown Jeffersontown . In addition to the usual park fair of playgrounds, shelters and walking trails, this park has several restored Military Items to explore.
Des Pres Park
Des Pres is mid-sized park located off Taylorsville road in between Hurstbourne and Breckenridge roads. Its notable features include a well manicured walking trail and playground with digging equipment, a giant parasol and a Sway Fun rocker. The park also has tennis and basketball courts, several baseball fields and a nice picnic structure.
Crosby Park
Crosby Park is a small park in Middletown that consists of four Baseball/Softball fields, a tennis Court, a playground and a concessions building.
Houndz Lane Park
Houndz Lane Park is a small neighborhood park right off of Hurstbourne Parkway and Westport road. It recently underwent some renovation and is now equipped with a 1st rate play structure, shelter and small bridge over the stream the runs through the park.

Ashland Park
Ashland Park is on a thin strip of land along the Ohio River in Clarksville Indiana . It has some playground equipment and a shelter, but more importantly is has sweeping views of the Ohio River and Downtown Louisville
